Before you begin, make sure you have a pen and paper, along with a quiet, private space where you won’t be disturbed for the next 15 minutes. You may want to listen through it once first, and if you need extra time during the writing or breathing exercises, feel free to pause the audio and take all the time you need.
As you continue using this practice, you’ll find your own natural rhythm and way to work with it. Allow yourself to relax, close your eyes, and let this be a time of peace just for you.
